Vintage and antique items
NOTE! Several of our items are handmade and in vintage condition, so they may therefore have time-related and other traces of use, as well as handmade and mouth-blown glass may have unevenness.

Due to size and/or fragility, some of our large glass products are ONLY available for pickup in our showroom. This will appear in the product description and again when choosing shipment, it will be indicated as only pick up.
Place of delivery
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Europe and the UK. [We also accept orders from international customers, but only shipped to addresses in Europe and the UK.
Shipments outside of Europe and the UK are not available on our website at this time, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Then contact us at info@stelvigliving.com
Terms
Stelvig Living reserves the right to cancel an order if the item is sold out, price changes or in the event of any errors.
All orders are subject to product availability.
If a returning item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you within 24 hours when the item is available again.
You then have the option to cancel the purchase or wait for the item to be in stock again. If you choose to cancel the order, we will refund you the total amount of your order using the original payment method.
Delivery time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you when your order has been placed. Delivery times are estimated and start from the ship date instead of the order date. Delivery times are indicative only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are unusual circumstances, we will make every effort to fullfill the dispatch of your order within 1-3 business days of the date of placing the order, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Working days means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
As a general rule, we always ship with either GLS or Postnord, unless otherwise agreed in advance. We proceed from postnord's or GLS's estimated delivery times, see more here: www.postnord.dk, www.gls-group.eu/DK/da/
The delivery date may vary due to GLS and Postnord's shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method and the items ordered, such as antique and vintage glass products that require extra care in packaging and shipping. When purchasing several products, it may happen that these must be delivered in separate shipments so that there may be occur several packages and tracking numbers.
Delivery instructions
You can give special delivery instructions on the checkout page of our website and we will do our best to fulfill these, otherwise contact us personally at info@stelvigliving.com or telephone: 40 33 99 00 before placing your order, to inquire about the special delivery instructions can be done.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight and/or size of your order as well as the delivery method. The delivery provider depends on the purchased goods. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. When you are at the checkout screen the shipping cost will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply for remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be informed of any charges on the payment page.
Please note taxes and duties may be charged according to the country or province to which the item is shipped. You cannot regret your purchase by simply refusing to receive the item, this must be clearly agreed in advance.
Order confirmation
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your order confirmation.
When the order has been packed and shipped, you will receive another email with delivery information and tracking number, so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
All our packages are sent with a tracking number, unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged items during transport
Please review and check the item upon arrival for any shipping damage.
If there is damage to the item upon delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
You must be able to document the damage with photos taken of the item, the packaging and the shipping label. If pictures of this are not included, we unfortunately cannot process your complaint.
After we have processed your complaint and it has been accepted, we will return the money to the original payment method.
Return
You cannot regret your purchase by simply refusing to receive the item, this must be clearly agreed in advance.
Items purchased in our online shop have a 14-day right of return from the day the item is received.
Before returning you must inform us by e-mail at info@stelvigliving.com.
You must enclose a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase with the item when you return it.
IMPORTANT!
We recommend that you send the package protected by a tracking number and insurance, as it is up to you to return the item in the same condition as you received it. You are fully responsible for the condition of the item from the time you receive it until it is returned to Stelvig Living.
If we accept your return, we will refund you the price of the item using the original payment method.
Shipping and return costs are at your own expense and will not be refunded in the amount refunded.

When viewing and purchasing in our showroom, the 14-day right of return is waived, unless otherwise clearly agreed in writing.
Items that cannot be returned:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our fault
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
- All items that are custom made or made to measure are not eligible for a refund unless the product is defective on our end.
We do not accept return packages sent to addresses other than the return address below.

Refund of payment
We do not refund refunds with cash, we will only refund the money by bank transfer.
Please note! that your bank and credit card provider may have a longer processing time when repaying your money. Contact your provider if you have any questions about this.

Your submission of personal information through the Store is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Payment
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform and payment module that allows us to sell our products and services to you through our webshop.
VAT and Taxes
